Coffee Improves Your Memory

If you need to memorise that speech or remember a long grocery list, have a coffee! Researchers found that caffeine had higher levels of activity in the regions of brain responsible for short-term memory, attention and concentration functions. They speculate that caffeine may improve brain blood flow and the transmission of nerve signals keeping you memory-perfect. But be aware – The benefits wear off after 45 minutes.
