Work out during fever

If you have a runny nose or a headache, it’s ok to exercise but you should take a break for anything else like severe body ache, stomach disorders, infected throat, cough and fever etc, And consider a break if you feel like cold coming – Intense exercise might temporarily lower immunity. If still you want to work out reduce the time of exercise and consume plenty of fluids like water and juice.
